Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistungen ist die Verlängerung des aktuellen Lizenzbestandes sowie die Beschaffung zusätzlicher Lizenzen entsprechend dem erwarteten Unternehmenswachstum und den sich verändernden Arbeitsaufgaben. Zum Leistungsumfang gehört auch die Betreuung der HOWOGE in Bezug auf Service- und Supportanfragen. Folgende Leistung wird ausgeschrieben: – Acrobat Pro (oder Nachfolgeprodukt) – Adobe Creative Cloud und weiter Einzellizenzen. Die aktuell genutzten Lizenzen sind bis 03.12.2026 gültig. Vertragsbeginn ist der 04.12.2026 EVB-IT-Vertrag Überlassung Typ B. Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt zunächst 2 Jahre. Basis für den Rahmenvertrag bildet das von der HOWOGE aktuell in einem Three-Year-Committment gebundene Auftragsvolumen (2 Jahre Restlaufzeit).
