Gegenstand des Ausschreibungsverfahrens ist die Planungsleistung Freianlagen gem. §§ 38 - 40 HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 und 4 bis 9 (optional, stufenweise Beauftragung) für die Neugestaltung des Schulhofes der Paul-Dohrmann-Schule zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen. Die Leistungsphase 7 wird nur in Teilen beauftragt. Der Planungsraum umfasst das Grundstück der Paul-Dohrmann-Schule mit einer Fläche von ca. 11.500 m2. Abzüglich der Grundflächen der vorhandenen Schulgebäude und des Neubaus des Ganztags umfassen die Freianlagen eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 9.500 m2.
