La consultation passé dans le cadre d'un groupement de commande entre Grenoble alpes Métropole, la ville de Grenoble, le CCAS de Grenoble et le Syndicat Mixte des Mobilités Grenobloises a pour objet l'infogérance du centre de services des quatre collectivités, incluant les activités de service d'appels et d'assistance téléphonique et d'assistance de proximité. Outre la prise en charge de ces activités en début de marché et leur réversibilité en fin de marché, les prestations attendues concernent la réalisation de ces activités pendant la phase de service opérationnel et la gouvernance et le pilotage de ces prestations. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants maximums indiqués sont estimatifs et indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Les candidats ont la possibilité de remettre une offre variante dans les conditions précisées dans le cahier des charges. Toute date de démarrage d'exécution indiquée dans le présent avis est indicative
