(Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Errichtung einer Freiflächen-PV-Anlage mit einer Modulleistung 13.570,2 kW auf einer landwirtschaftlich genutzten Fläche in Bottrop-Kirchhellen. Die erzeugte elektrische Energie wird vollständig in das öffentliche Stromnetz eingespeist und dem unternehmenseigenen Bilanzkreis der RAG Aktiengesellschaft bilanziell zugeordnet. Bei den Flächen handelt es sich aktuell um landwirtschaftlich genutzte Grundstücke, die sich im Eigentum der RAG befinden und nach Bau der Freiflächen-PV-Anlagen nur noch der Stromerzeugung dienen. Die Fläche liegt an der Rentforter Straße, in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur BAB 31 und ist somit für den Bau von Freiflächen-PV-Anlagen privilegiert. Die Fläche ist ca. 7,8 ha groß.
