"Zur Berechnung des Gesamtwertungspreises ist von den Bietern das Tabellenblatt ""4. Preisblatt"" auszufüllen. Hierfür sind in die dafür vorgesehenen Zellen die Preise einzutragen. Mit Hilfe hinterlegter Formeln wird auf Grundlage der Angaben letztlich der Gesamtwertungspreis berechnet. Der Punktwert "Preis" eines jeden Bieters wird ermittelt, indem der Gesamtwertungspreis des jeweiligen Bieters ins Verhältnis zum niedrigsten eingereichten Gesamtwertungspreis gesetzt wird. Hierfür werden folgende Formeln angewandt: Punktwert ""Preis"" = (Gesamtwertungspreis ""P"" des Bieters mit den geringsten Gesamtwertungspreis / Gesamtwertungspreis des jeweiligen Bieters) *80 Im Zuschlagskriterium ""Preis"" kann somit eine Maximalpunktzahl von 80 Punkten erreicht werden." — 80%
