De inhuur van tijdelijke medewerkers (vanaf schaal 9) voor diverse vakgebieden die binnen Opdrachtgevers (gemeente Terneuzen, gemeente Sluis, uitvoeringsorganisatie Sabewa Zeeland en Impuls Zeeland) van toepassing zijn. De opdrachtnemer (broker/intermediaire dienstverlener) is verantwoordelijk voor het proces van werving en (voor)selectie van de tijdelijke medewerkers alsook voor het administratieve en juridische proces, inclusief vrijwaring voor / beheersing van risico’s, controle, verantwoordelijkheden, administratieve handelingen, facturatie en betaling van de tijdelijke medewerkers. Op basis van historische data worden ca. de volgende inkoopvolumes gerealiseerd per jaar: • Gemeente Terneuzen: € 3.5 miljoen • Gemeente Sluis: € 2,3 miljoen • Sabewa Zeeland: € 1 miljoen • Impuls Zeeland: € 0.6 miljoen De maximale opdrachtwaarde van de totale Raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op € 63,9 miljoen. Dit houdt rekening met de groei van inhuur gedurende de contractjaren en overige onzekerheid door krimp van de arbeidsmarkt in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in de komende 6 jaar.
