Projet de conception / réalisation en BEFA / VEFA d’une plateforme logistique de 5 300 m² (+/15%) avec label HQE (Haute Qualité Environnementale) niveau très performant sur un foncier identifié d'environ 15 000 m² dans l’agglomération du HAVRE (76). Une description définitive du besoin sera fournie ultérieurement dans le DCE qui sera transmis aux candidats sélectionnés et validés selon les critères de sélection définis au chapitre "critères de sélection". A réception des dossiers de candidature POSTE IMMO se réserve le droit d’adapter le besoin en termes de surfaces construites en fonction des caractéristiques du foncier identifié et projets proposés. Planning : La livraison prévisionnelle de la plateforme est attendue pour janvier 2029.
