In diesem Verfahren werden die erweiterten Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten als Generalunternehmerleistung für die Errichtung des Neubaus einer Kita auf dem Gelände der Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland ausgeschrieben. Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst die Gewerke Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten, Abdichtungs-, Begrünungs- und Klempnerarbeiten, Laubengang Beton- und Stahlbauarbeiten, Bauelemente (Holz-Aluminium - PR-Fassade, Holz-Aluminium - Fenster und Türen, Aluminium - Rahmentüren, Tischlerarbeiten - Innenfensterbänke, Sonnenschutzanlagen), Vorhangfassade aus Holzprofilen und Zement-Bauplatten, Abhangdecke Zement-Bauplatten, Wärmedämmverbundsystem und Malerarbeiten Fassade und Holzbauteile. Mit den Ausführungen ist nach dem derzeitigen Terminplan Anfang August zu beginnen; abzuschließen sind sie Ende Mai 2027.
