Konzepterstellung "Baulogistik" für die Roh- und Ausbauphase (HOAI-Lph 5), Stufe 1: - Grundlagen- und Bestandsanalyse - Ermittlung baulogistischer Anforderungen - Bauphasen- und Baustellenlogistikkonzept - Umwelt, Sicherheit und HSE - Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsmatrix - Ergebnisunterlagen. 2. Leistungen während der Vorbereitung der Ausführung/Ausschreibung (HOAI Lph6/7), Stufe 2: - Erstellung Leistungsverzeichnisse (pro Stck., ca. 3) - Baulogistikhandbuch - Abschlussunterlagen. 3. Überwachung des Baulogistikkonzepts während der Bauphase (HOAI-Lph 8), Stufe 3. Ergänzend zur Ausführungsplanung können während der Bauausführung unterstützende baulogistische Steuerungs- und Koordinationsleistungen erbracht werden. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Bauablaufs unter Berücksichtigung von Baubetrieb, Sicherheit, Verkehrsführung und Schnittstellenmanagement.
