Der Hamburger Sport-Verein e. V. beabsichtigt den Ersatzneubau eines Funktionsgebäudes an der Linne-Kampfbahn, Königshütter Straße, 22049 Hamburg-Dulsberg. Der eingeschossige Neubau in Holzrahmenbauweise umfasst Funktions‑ und Nebenflächen, berücksichtigt Barrierefreiheit und sieht den Einsatz erneuerbarer Energien (u. a.
