Gegenstand der vorliegenden Beschaffung ist die fachliche Unterstützung der Auftraggeberin durch eine hochqualifizierte Fachperson im Bereich Systemsoftware und deren Umsysteme. Ziel ist die Entlastung interner Ressourcen sowie die Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Betriebs der bestehenden Systemlandschaft. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: • Unterstützung im operativen Betrieb der Systemsoftware und angrenzender Systeme • Mitwirkung bei Wartungsarbeiten sowie bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft • Fachliche Beratung im Rahmen von technischen Fragestellungen im definierten Aufgabenbereich •Entlastung der Teamleitung und deren Stellvertretung
