De aanbesteding heeft tot doel opdracht te verstrekken voor het uitvoeren en realiseren van het project NEN 3140 inspectiediensten, dienstverlening welke te classificeren is met de CPV codes: 71631000-0 Technische inspectiediensten 71600000-4 diensten voor technische testen, analyse en adviezen Er wordt één overeenkomst gesloten met één ondernemer. Alle laagspanningsinstallaties die in het beheer van WSHD zijn dienen gemiddeld 1 keer per 5 jaar geïnspecteerd te worden volgens de NEN 3140. Meer hierover staat beschreven in de bijlagen van deze aanbesteding. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is een overeenkomst af te sluiten met een gegadigde die daartoe bevoegd is en die de werkzaamheden gaat verrichten.
