Via deze opdracht, wenst het ziekenhuis VITAZ vzw over te gaan tot het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van Custom Procedure Trays (CPT’s), losse afdekmaterialen, componenten uit de trays en operatieschorten. Deze worden voornamelijk gebruikt op het operatiekwartier, maar ook op andere afdelingen (zoals Cathlab, MKA, Verloskwartier). Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase is het mogelijk dat in onderling overleg met de gegunde inschrijver, de aanbesteder de leverlocaties of -procedure zal wijzigen; dit gezien er tijdens de looptijd van onderhavige opdracht verbouwprojecten zijn gepland en mogelijk gefinaliseerd zullen worden, met een invloed op de logistieke flow. Dit wordt in zoverre mogelijk verder toegelicht in het bestek dat bij de tweede fase van de opdracht (prijsvraag) aan de geselecteerde inschrijvers zal bezorgd worden.
