Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et livraison de cartes cadeaux pour le Département de l'Eure et ses satellites. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum* annuel de 75 000 € HT. Montant maximum annuel : ce montant correspond à la limite de commande qui pourra être passée sur cet accord-cadre, cette limite a été déterminée en prenant une marge équivalente à deux à quatre fois le besoin estimé.(à vérifier) Ce montant n'a pas vocation à être atteint et n'engage pas le pouvoir adjudicateur.
