Jedná se o zpracování metodik, postupů a procesů k zavedenému programu řízení bezpečnosti letů pro Vzdušné síly Armády České republiky (dále jen jako „VzS AČR“) jako uceleného Safety Management System (dále jen „SMS“) v souladu s aktuální legislativní a předpisovou základnou, dále pak zpracování návrhu manuálu SMS VzS a přímo podřízených útvarů VzS (dále jen „PPÚ“) v souladu s metodikami, postupy a procesy (dále jen „návrh manuálu SMS“ a provedení školení metodik, postupů a procesů v rozsahu vybraného personálu VzS a PPÚ.
