Die Prospitalia GmbH schreibt im Namen und auf Rechnung ihrer Vertragseinrichtungen eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Wirtschaftsteilnehmern über den Einkauf von Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsgeräten in verschiedenen Losen aus. Der Rahmenvereinbarung liegen die folgenden Referenz- und Höchstmengen der zu liefernden Waren zu Grunde: Das geschätzte Auftragsvolumen beträgt für - Los 1: 13.000.000 EUR - Los 2: 20.000.000 EUR über die Vertragslaufzeit.
