Het inrichten en implementeren van een centraal Relatiebeheersysteem waarin alle sectoren en diensten van Gilde Opleidingen op een éénduidige manier de klantgegevens en klantcontacten kunnen vastleggen met betrekking tot Relatiebeheer, Contractonderwijs en Stage (BPV). Bij relaties en stakeholders denken we aan (stage)bedrijven, gemeentes, omliggende scholen, decanen, (toekomstige) studenten, alumni, (oud) medewerkers, vrijwilligers en leveranciers. Het inrichten en implementeren van een sales funnel voor Gilde Bedrijfsopleidingen, t.b.v. het kunnen uitvoeren van alle sales-activiteiten rondom de verkoop en levering van maatwerkopleidingen. Het adviseren van de organisatie over de werk- en beheerprocessen van dit platform. Het zorgen voor adoptie: training en instructie voor de key-users en/of eindgebruikers, o.b.v. het “train-de-trainer” principe. voor ca 50 gebruikers maximaal te besteden bedrag voor 4 jaar is 390.000 Euro Indien het een microsoftdynamics oplossing is en Opdrachtgever levert de licenties dan is het maximale te besteden bedrag voor de eerste 4 jaar 225000 Euro
