Le titulaire devra assurer les prestations de location avec chauffeur d'une épareuse à grand bras (17 mètres minimum) montée sur pelle mécanique à pneumatiques pour le fauchage et le débroussaillage de grands talus des routes départementales de la Vendée, hormis l'île d'Yeu. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande qui sera conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de 120 000,00 euro(s) HT. Cet accord-cadre sera conclu à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire, ce pour une durée d'un an. Date prévisionnelle de début d'exécution des prestations : début octobre 2026
