Benötigt wird der Betrieb eines Servicecenters ("Telefon-Hotline") mit speziell geschultem Personal. Das Personal des Auftragnehmers beantwortet telefonisch eingehende Anfragen, unter anderem zum Antragseingang, dem Bearbeitungsstand und gemäß den vom Referat D-AF erstellten FAQ´s. Die Hotline muss Montag bis Freitag von 09:00 bis 15:00 Uhr erreichbar sein. Die Laufzeit beträgt 1 Jahr, mit der Option der jährlichen Verlängerung bis zum erreichen der Gesamtlaufzeit von max. 4 Jahren.
