Achizitia a 700 tone de bitum D70/100 . Oferta financiara depusa de catre ofertantul, al carei pret depaseste valoarea estimata 3150000 lei fara TVA, va fi declarata inacceptabila . Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 6 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare în a 4-a zi înainte de termenul-limită de depunere a ofertelor, în măsura în care solicitările au fost adresate în termenul stabilit.
