Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywna dostawa sprzętu do krioablacji balonowej oraz ablacji w podziale na zadania dla potrzeb Szpitala Wolskiego Sp. z o.o. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone we wzorze umowy oraz Szczegółowej Specyfikacji Technicznej stanowiącymi odpowiednio załącznik nr 5 do SWZ i załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych (4 - zadania), zgodnie z Zał. nr 2 do SWZ stanowiącym formularz asortymentowo – cenowy.
