In de huidige situatie heeft de gemeente Rhenen via een Europese aanbesteding vijf dienstverleners gecontracteerd voor de uitvoering van de Wmo-maatwerkvoorziening Huishoudelijke Ondersteuning (HO). De huidige overeenkomst zal aflopen op 31 maart 2027. De gemeente Rhenen heeft per februari 2026 414 cliënten HO. Met deze aanbesteding worden meerdere zorgaanbieders voor het leveren van HO-diensten gecontracteerd. Daarnaast heeft de gemeente Rhenen Huishoudelijke ondersteuning voor mantelzorgers (HOM). In februari 2026 ging het om 2 cliënten die gebruik maken van de HOM-regeling. De gemeente Rhenen heeft per 31 maart 2027 geen contractuele verplichtingen en/of toezeggingen meer bij de huidige dienstverleners. Maximaal 500 cliënten per jaar
