Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dzierżawa serwisu internetowego Partnerstwa Publiczno – Prywatnego (PPP) wraz z utrzymaniem i asystą techniczną oraz możliwością rozwoju o dodatkowe funkcje, poprzez wykonanie usługi: 1) przeniesienia Portalu na zasoby teleinformatyczne Wykonawcy; 2) utrzymania Portalu, w tym ich hosting na infrastrukturze teleinformatycznej Wykonawcy oraz obsługa administratorska, w tym także usługa utrzymania wirtualnego asystenta; 3) rozwoju Portalu, polegającej na realizacji i zaimplementowaniu zmian funkcjonalnych i wizualnych; 4) asysty technicznej, 5) udzielenie Zamawiającemu praw do produktów wytworzonych w związku z wykonaniem usługi, 6) zaprojektowania, dostawy, wdrożenia i utrzymania wirtualnego asystenta wspierającego zagadnienia z zakresu Partnerstwa Publiczno – Prywatnego (PPP) zgodnie z załącznikiem G do OPZ; 7) audytu dostępności strony www.ppp.gov.pl.
