Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Bereitstellung eines umfassenden Dienstrad-Leasingangebots, welches • die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb, die Wartung sowie die Instandhaltung einer entsprechen-den Zweirad-Leasing- Plattform as a Service (nachfolgend auch Online-Plattform ge-nannt) im Internet durch den AN als Plattformbetreiber (nachfolgend auch Dienstleister oder DL genannt) beinhaltet, über die der gesamte Leasingprozess entsprechend Teil C - Leistungsbeschreibung abgewickelt und verwaltet wird, sowie • einen Rahmenleasingvertrag mit dem AN als Leasingunternehmen (nachfolgend auch Leasinggeber oder LG genannt) beinhaltet, auf Basis dessen während der Vertragslauf-zeit durch den AG (nachfolgend auch Leasingnehmer oder LN genannt) Einzel-Leasingverträge abgeschlossen werden können. Die vertragliche Leistung beinhaltet darüber hinaus die kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der BSR-Beschäftigten in den Fachgeschäften der kooperierenden Zweiradhändler des Bieters.
