La présente consultation a pour une maîtrise d’œuvre pour la réalisation d’installations de production d’électricité photovoltaïque, dans le cadre des projets portés par les adhérents et les structures conventionnées au SICTIAM. La description détaillée des spécifications techniques est indiquée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). La forme du contrat est un accord-cadre mono-attributaires mixte, par application des prix définis dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) du titulaire. Les modalités de passation des commandes sont précisées dans le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP).
