Leistungsgegenstand ist die Beförderung der Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Bussen von ihren jeweiligen Wohnorten zum Schulgebäude (Eppinkstraße 173, 46535 Dinslaken) und wieder zurück. Der Beförderungsvertrag wird für eine vierjährige Vertragslaufzeit abgeschlossen. Es besteht die einseitige Möglichkeit für die Auftraggeber, den Beförderungsvertrag zweimal für je ein Jahr zu verlängern.
