Le présent marché concerne l'hébergement, le suivi et la maintenance de l'outil de vote « Prix Liberté. Il inclut notamment les prestations suivantes : - Assurer l'hébergement du système de vote et sa maintenance, - Réaliser un bilan de la campagne, incluant la formulation de propositions de développements complémentaires, - Assurer le suivi du vote pour garantir son bon fonctionnement durant sa période d'ouverture au public, - Mettre à disposition des organisateurs un suivi statistique détaillé des participations au vote, pendant et à l'issue du scrutin. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec maximum (15 000,00 euro(s) HT par période, soit 60 000,00 euro(s) HT toutes périodes confondues). Il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande
