En cumplimiento de los principios de necesidad, idoneidad y eficiencia establecidos en el artículo 28 de la LCSP la naturaleza y extensión de las necesidades que pretenden cubrirse mediante la celebración del presente contrato, se encuadran dentro del ámbito de las funciones y competencias atribuidas a este Centro Directivo determinándose con precisión la idoneidad del objeto y contenido del contrato en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. En el ámbito de esta competencia, la ejecución de la obra se aprobó en el Plan Anual del Instituto Tecnológico Agrario de Castilla y León para el ejercicio 2026, en el apartado de otras actuaciones en zonas de regadío, dentro de las actuaciones de “INFRAESTRUCTURA RURAL DE LA MODERNIZACIÓN PORMA II-III MARGEN IZDA"
