Projektstand: Aktuell laufen die Bauarbeiten. Der Abschluss der Bauarbeiten ist im 1. Quartal 2027 geplant. Bis zum 14.05.2027 muss die Einrichtung und Ausstattung abnahmereif abgeschlossen sein. Die Beauftagung der Leistungen wird voraussichtlich Mitte Dezember 2026 erfolgen. Ablauf: Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung muss in einem Zug angeliefert, in die Geschosse und Räume verteilt und anschließend aufgebaut werden. Zwischenlagerungen auf der Baustelle sind nicht möglich. Abschlagszahlungen sind in angemessenen Zeitabständen nach Anlieferung und Aufbau der Möbel möglich. Vorauszahlungen sind gegen Stellung einer Vorauszahlungsbürgschaft möglich.
