Bewertung des Preises (Gewichtung Maßgeblich für die Preiswertung ist der Gesamtpreis des Angebots (netto) über den Betrachtungszeitraum von 4 Jahren. Dieser umfasst sämtliche - einmaligen Kosten (Beschaffung/Kauf sowie Werk- und Dienstleistungen) und - laufenden Kosten (Service und Wartung einschließlich Software-Pflege) für 4 Jahre. Das Angebot mit dem niedrigsten wertungsrelevanten Gesamtpreis (im Folgenden „Pmin") erhält die Höchstpunktzahl von 100 Preispunkten. Die übrigen Angebote werden im Verhältnis dazu durch lineare Interpolation bewertet: Je weiter der Angebotspreis über Pmin liegt, desto weniger Preispunkte werden vergeben. Ein Angebot, dessen Gesamtpreis mindestens das Doppelte des niedrigsten Preises (2 × Pmin) beträgt, erhält 0 Preispunkte. Negative Punkte werden nicht vergeben. Die Preispunkte werden nach folgender Formel berechnet: Preispunkte = 100 × (2 × Pmin − Angebotspreis) / Pmin — 50%
