Area Sud-Ouest - le marché sera conclu avec les opérateurs économiques occupant les 2 premières places du classement. L'adjudicataire le mieux classé recevra toutes les commandes partielles relatives à cet accord-cadre, sous réserve de la sanction en cas des défauts d'exécution. Dans ce cas, toutes les commandes partielles de l'accord-cadre seront attribués à l'adjudicataire classé en deuxième place (les modalités du système de cascade seront décrites en détail dans le cahier spécial des charges).
