Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego kontroli okresowych rocznych obiektów hydrotechnicznych: a) rocznej - zgodnie z art. 62 ust.1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 7.07.1994 r. – Prawo budowlane (j.t. Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847) w zakresie określonym w § 68-72, uwzględniając treść § 73-74 rozporządzenia Ministra Gospodarki Morskiej z dnia 23.10.2006 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych użytkowania oraz szczegółowego zakresu kontroli morskich budowli hydrotechnicznych (Dz. U. nr 206, poz. 1516). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla danej części zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 9 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, Załącznik Nr 10 do SWZ – Wzór umowy.
