Bei den ausgeschriebenen Bauarbeiten handelt es sich um die Ausführung der Innenputz- sowie Malerarbeiten in den Etagen GG und EG im Zuge des IMC-Stationsumbaus im Turm 2 der BG-Klinik Ludwigshafen. Innenputzarbeiten (Gips-Putz und Kalkzement-Putz) sowie Maler und Tapezierarbeiten sind Leistungen dieser Ausschreibung. Darüber hinaus sind Bodenbeschichtungsarbeiten und Lackierarbeiten an Metall-Zargen auszuführen. Die Arbeiten sind in 2 Bauabschnitten unterteilt, die Arbeitsunterbrechung beträgt ca. 2-3 Monate.
