Ce marché porte sur des prestations de conseil en propriété industrielle. Les prestations attendues couvrent l’ensemble des domaines liés à la propriété industrielle, notamment : - le conseil stratégique et opérationnel relatif à l’ensemble des questions de propriété industrielle ainsi qu’à la protection des créations et des innovations ; - la réalisation d’études de brevetabilité ainsi que la rédaction et le dépôt de demandes de brevets ; - le dépôt des dossiers et la représentation des intérêts de RTE devant les offices compétents, notamment l’Office Européen des Brevets et l’Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle ; - la gestion et le suivi des procédures d’examen, de délivrance, ainsi que l’ensemble du cycle de vie des titres de propriété industrielle (incluant le paiement des annuités).
