Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadań związanych z zimowym utrzymaniem dróg powiatowych na terenie powiatu bielskiego, w sezonach 2026/2027, 2027/2028, w gminach: Jasienica, Jaworze, Wilkowice, Buczkowice, miasto Szczyrk. Zakres usług związanych z zimowym utrzymaniem dróg obejmuje m.in.: - odśnieżanie dróg, ulic i likwidowanie śliskości zimowej poprzez posypywanie materiałami rozmrażającymi i uszorstniającymi, - odśnieżanie chodników i obiektów mostowych, - oczyszczanie ze śniegu i lodu, - ustawianie i demontaż oraz utrzymanie przez okres zimy siatki przeciwśniegowej, - odwóz śniegu z miejsc wskazanych przez Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych w Bielsku-Białej na miejsce składowania wskazane przez Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych w Bielsku-Białej, - utrzymanie stałej całodobowej łączności telefonicznej z zamawiającym. Szczegółowy zakres usług określony został w tabeli elementów rozliczeniowych [TER] oraz Specyfikacjach Technicznych [ST], które stanowią integralną część Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
