Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usług serwisowych zwanych dalej w dokumentacji zamówienia jako „Usługi SAP Enterprise Support” lub „Usługi” w odniesieniu do licencji Oprogramowania SAP Zintegrowanego Systemu Rachunkowości i Kadr, w wariancie VAR-delivered Support. 2. Zamawiający posiada licencje na Oprogramowanie wraz z umową na świadczenie Usług SAP Enterprise Support do dnia 30.09.2026 r. Wykaz produktów SAP, które będą objęte serwisem oprogramowania (maintenance) w ramach programu usług SAP Enterprise Support stanowi załącznik nr 2 do Opisu Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
