Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind die Leistungen Technische Ausrüstung mit den Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 für den Umbau und die Erweiterung der naturwissenschaftlichen Fachbereiche (Nawi) in einem bestehenden Schulgebäude (Haus 1, DDR-Typenbau). Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Schaffung von fünf neuen Fachkabinetten (Physik, Chemie, Biologie) inklusive Vorbereitungsräumen durch strukturelle Grundrissanpassungen (Raumzusammenlegungen) im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss. Zudem erfolgt die vollumfängliche Erneuerung der Ausstattung und Medienerschließung eines Bestandskabinetts. Die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen erfolgen im laufenden Betrieb der Schule. Die Leistungsphasen bis einschließlich der Genehmigungsplanung sind bereits abgeschlossen bzw. liegen vor. Der künftige Auftragnehmer wird mit den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9, AGR 4 + 5 gemäß § 55 HOAI beauftragt. Die Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus dem Vertragsformular nebst Anlagen.
