Huddinge kommun behöver kontinuerligt bevaka och ha tillgång till flödet i såväl traditionella medier (radio, tv, tryckt såväl som digital dagspress och fackpress) som sociala medier och poddar. Detta för att kunna följa frågor som knyter an till kommunen och dess verksamhetsområden, samt hålla sig à jour med vad som skrivs och sägs om Huddinge som organisation och plats. Informationen används för att löpande bevaka bilden av Huddinge kommun och fatta kommunikationsstrategiska beslut. Upphandlingen avser verktyg för denna bevakning. Verktyget ska i första hand användas och administreras av kommunikatörer på kommunikationssektionen. De levererar i sin tur relevanta upplysningar till intressenter i organisationen.
