Der Gesamtumfang beinhaltet unter anderem: Baustelleneinrichtung mit Kranlogistik, Absturzsicherungen und provisorischen Fassadenverschlüssen; Erdarbeiten, Rohrgräben und Verfüllungen ca. 272m³; Abdichtungen gemäß DIN 18533 und WU-Richtlinie ca. 295m²; Frischbetonverbundfolien (horizontal/vertikal) ca. 2.000m²; Arbeits- und Bewegungsfugenabdichtungen; Mauerwerksarbeiten ca. 2.000m²; Stahlbetonwände, Stützen, Decken und Treppen ca. 5.500m²; Bewehrung sowie sämtliche zugehörigen Neben- und Dokumentationsleistungen. Die Maßnahme umfasst insgesamt mehrere tausend Quadratmeter Abdichtungs- und Betonflächen sowie umfangreiche Erd- und Verfüllleistungen unterhalb der Bodenplatte.
