Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym polegających na odbieraniu, przyjmowaniu, przemieszczaniu i doręczaniu przez Wykonawcę przesyłek listowych nierejestrowanych i rejestrowanych, a w razie niemożności ich doręczenia, ich zwrocie do Jednostek Zamawiającego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający zastrzega aby Wykonawca osobiście wykonał kluczowe zadania zamówienia tj. świadczenie usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym polegających na odbieraniu, przyjmowaniu, przemieszczaniu i doręczaniu przez Wykonawcę przesyłek listowych nierejestrowanych i rejestrowanych, a w razie niemożności ich doręczenia, ich zwrocie do Jednostek Zamawiającego, z zastrzeżeniem postanowień 1.8.1 SWZ
