Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung und Implementierung einer zentralen, skalierbaren und zukunftssicheren IT-Plattform ("Fiberplattform") für den Auf-traggeber. Die angebotene Komplettlösung soll die Kernprozesse Adressmaster, Pla-nung, Bau, Dokumentation und Inventarisierung sowie ggf. Workflow-Tools bereitstellen und integrieren. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für alle förder- und abrechnungsrelevanten Prozesse. Diese sollen zukünftig automatisiert, ohne Medienbrüche und auf einer einheitlichen Datenbasis gesteuert werden. Wichtig darüber hinaus ist die durchgängige Unterstützung der Abrechnung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Ausbauprojekte hinweg und eine einheitliche, konsistente Datenbasis ("Single Source of Truth").
