Spiridon”, Iași, în vederea creșterii calității serviciilor furnizate în regim ambulatoriu” – LICITATIA10 – conform caiet de sarcini si specificatii tehnice Valoare totala 495.232,00 lei fara TVA din care: LOT 1= 55.800,00 lei fara TVA LOT 2 = 348.000,00 lei fara TVA LOT 3 = 60.592,00 lei fara TVA LOT 4 = 30.840 lei fara TVA Cerințele tehnice definite la nivelul anunțului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producător, la mărci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o producție/metoda specifica de fabricație/ prestare/execuție, vor fi înțelese ca fiind însoțite de mențiunea “sau echivalent”. Totodată, în vederea respectării principiilor nediscriminării și tratamentului egal, orice denumire de produs/echipament (din cadrul licitației) care face trimitere la un anumit producător, la mărci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o producție/metoda specifica de fabricație/ prestare/execuție, vor fi înțelese ca fiind însoțite de mențiunea “sau echivalent”. Termenul de livrare, instalare, punere in functiune si instruire personal este de maxim 60 de zile de la primirea comenzii din partea autorității contractante. Locul de livrare al echipamentelor este Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Sf. Spiridon Iasi. Durata minima de garantie acordata echipamentelor este de 24 luni de la data receptiei finale. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
