Durchführung der jährlichen Baumkontrolle am DLR-Standort Köln-Porz (ca. 55 ha) gemäß FLL-Baumkontrollrichtlinie, im jährlichen Wechsel mit und ohne Belaubung. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst zwei Kontrollkategorien: Einzelbäume (ca. 1.524 Stück, Stand 01.03.2026): Vollständige Regelkontrolle aller Einzelbäume mit Aufnahme in das Baumkataster. Waldartiger Bestand (ca. 1.311 Stück, Stand 01.03.2026): Negativkontrolle der Bäume, deren Schlagdistanz Straßen, Wege, Gebäude oder Zäune berührt und damit eine Gefährdung Dritter begründet. Bäume mit festgestelltem Handlungsbedarf werden vor Ort farblich markiert und mit Maßnahmenempfehlung dokumentiert; eine Aufnahme in das Baumkataster erfolgt nicht. Die zonenweise Aufteilung der Bäume nach Einzelbaum und waldartigem Bestand sowie nach Baumart liegt als Grundlage vor.
