Das Bauvorhaben beinhaltet den Neubau einer 5-zügigen Grundschule im östlichen Teil des Grundstücks und einer Zweifeld-Sporthalle im westlichen Teil. Das geplante Schulgebäude ist ein zweigeschossiger Holzbau ohne Unterkellerung, mit geneigten Dächern über den vier Lernhäusern und einem Mittelteil mit Flachdach. Die Gründung erfolgt über Einzel und Streifenfundamente. Die Sporthalle ist ebenerdig angeordnet, hat ein Flachdach, keine Unterkellerung und wird mit einer Bodenplatte gegründet.
