Dans le cadre du schéma directeur des MAL de l’Activité Transilien, il est envisagé de remplacer plusieurs machines à laver au défilé. A date, le besoin ferme concerne le remplacement des MAL des sites des Ardoines, Trappes et Vouillé. Sur ces sites, il s’agira de remplacer des MAL par une installation répondant aux exigences actuelles en matière de qualité de nettoyage, de recyclage des eaux et de connectivité. En complément, il est prévu sur le site de Val Notre Dame, de remplacer une MAL inopérante depuis plusieurs années et de relocaliser les installations techniques en fonction des évolutions du site. Enfin, il est envisagé la création d’une MAL sur le site de Gretz. Nous serons attentifs à la consommation d’eau de ville des futures installations. Les futures MAL devront disposer d’un dispositif répondant aux contraintes du taux de recyclage des stations de lavage lors des périodes de restrictions de l’usage de l’eau (alerte ou alerte renforcée). Le présent accord cadre englobera pour chaque future MAL : les plans de réalisation du génie civil, la fourniture et l'installation.
