Im Zuge der umfassenden Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Gebäude A der Universität Konstanz fallen Abbruch- und Schadstoffsanierungsarbeiten an. Die Verbindungsbrücke zwischen Geb. A und Geb. V auf der Ebene A06 wird komplett saniert und hierfür vorab entkernt. Die Bauteile sind schadstoffbelastet (asbest-, PCB-, und KMF-haltige Produkte) und müssen im Schwarzbereich abgebrochen werden. Zudem wird ein Alu-Glas-Türelement mit seitlicher Verglasung abgebrochen und entsorgt. Die Arbeiten werden im laufenden Universitätsbetrieb durchgeführt. Positionen: ca. 140 m2 Abbruch Alu-Fenster-Fassadenelemente ca. 120 m2 Entfernen PCB-Haltige Anschlussfugen ca. 120 m2 Abbruch Bit. Flachdach- sowie Fussbodenaufbau Zusätzliche Baustelleneinrichtung Schwarzbereich: Personendekontaminationseinheit 4-Kammer Schleusen, Materialdekontaminationseinheit 2-Kammer Schleusen, Unterdruckanlage, fahrbares Gerüst
