Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie (odrębnie dla każdej budowli) kontroli okresowych rocznych i pięcioletnich stanu technicznego budowli hydrotechnicznych, zgodnie z art. 62 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane (t. j. Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 418 z późn. zm.) wymienionych w załączniku nr 1 do niniejszego Opisu przedmiotu zamówienia, oraz sporządzenie przedmiaru robót remontowych i naprawczych niezbędnych do wykonania w celu doprowadzenia obiektu do odpowiedniego stanu technicznego.
