Die Gemeinde Trebur plant, die Ortsdurchfahrt der L 3012 vom Durchgangsverkehr zu entlasten. Hierzu soll eine leistungsfähige Umgehung der Gemeinde realisiert werden. Die Vorzugsvariante aus der Vorplanung, Variante 3a, ist ca. 4,3 km lang und umfährt Trebur im Osten. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau, mit Anschlüssen an das bestehende Straßennetz und einem ca. 90 m langen Bauwerk über die Schwarzbachaue. Mit dem Vergabeverfahren soll ein Ingenieurbüro / sollen Ingenieurbüros gefunden werden, das die Objektplanung der Verkehrsanlagen (Lph. 3-5 gem. § 47 HOAI 2021 inkl. Bes. Leistungen), die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke (Lph 1-3 gem. § 43 HOAI 2021 inkl. Bes. Leistungen) und die Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung Ingenieurbauwerke (Lph 2+3 gem. § 51 HOAI 2021 inkl. Bes. Leistungen) umsetzt.
