1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa maksymalnie 110 szt. samochodów osobowych o nadwoziu typu furgon tzw. furgonów patrolowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia – wszelkie wymagania dla zamawianych pojazdów zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna). 3. Wykonawca dostarczy pojazdy do magazynu Zamawiającego w Krakowie, ul. Mogilska 109. Koszty transportu ponosi Wykonawca. 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest udzielić gwarancji na każdy dostarczony pojazd zgodnie z danymi zawartymi w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna), jednak nie krótszej niż gwarancja producenta. 5. Wymagania związane z naprawami gwarancyjnymi, usługami serwisowymi zostały opisane w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna). 6. Do każdego wydanego pojazdu Wykonawca musi dołączyć (sporządzone w języku polskim) dokumenty określone w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna - p. VIII.2). 7. Zamawiający, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji zamówienia normom, ocenom technicznym, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 Ustawy Pzp.
