1. Przedmiotem zamówienia w Części 1 jest dostawa 8 szt. autobusów miejskich standardowych niskopodłogowych zasilanych energią elektryczną (dalej pojazd MAXI). 2. Oferowane pojazdy muszą być autobusami nowymi, wyprodukowanymi w roku dostawy, przez jednego producenta o parametrach techniczno-użytkowych zgodnych z dokumentacją Postępowania. Dla każdego autobusu Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji i rękojmi na takich samych zasadach. 3. Oferowane autobusy nie mogą być produktem prototypowym. 4. Szczegółowy opis dla części 1 zamówienia zamieszczony został w załączniku nr 7A do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. Ważne! Realizacja zamówienia w części 1 uzależniona jest od uzyskania dotacji z programu FENX.03.01 "Transport Miejski - autobusy i trolejbusy" w działaniu 3.1. "Tabor Miejski" - tabor autobusowy. 5. Oświadczenia, wnioski, zawiadomienia lub informacje, które wpłyną do Zamawiającego, uważa się za dokumenty złożone w terminie, jeśli ich czytelna treść dotrze do Zamawiającego przed upływem tego terminu. Za datę wpływu oświadczeń, wniosków, zawiadomień oraz informacji przyjmuje się datę ich wpływu na Platformę.
